I was never a fan of Van Gogh until I saw this. The use of color is just amazing! Such vague, blunt strokes showing so much detail. Also, love the play of cool and warm tones. Reminds me of the Ukrainian flag... which actually is supposed to represent Ukraine's plentiful wheat fields and clear blue sky. Those clever Ukrainians!
So...
I'd love to see this in person.
Anyone know where it's at? Maybe VAN GOGH MUSEUM, AMSTERDAM? Euro-trip destination!
